Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Lockzo warrants that its products (including smart doorbells, keyless deadbolts, and fingerprint-enabled locks) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase by the original consumer.  

2. What’s Covered

- Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty fingerprint sensor, motor failure, or hardware malfunction).  

- Software issues related to factory settings.  

3. What’s Not Covered

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.  

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage).  

- Batteries or consumable parts (unless defective upon arrival).  

- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces (non-Amazon official sellers).  

4. Claim Process

To request warranty service:  

1) Contact Lockzo Support via:  

- Email: hello@lockzo.com

- Amazon Message System (for orders placed on Amazon).  

2) Provide proof of purchase (Amazon order ID/receipt) and a description of the issue.  

3) Follow troubleshooting steps if requested (e.g., resetting the device).  

4) If a defect is confirmed, Lockzo will repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.  

5. Limitations

- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.  

- Lockzo is not liable for incidental damages (e.g., locksmith fees, property damage).  

- Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer laws.  

6. International Customers

Products shipped outside the U.S. may have separate warranty terms based on regional distributor policies.
