1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for undamaged products purchased directly from Lockzo. You can return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason.
Please note:
Bulk or business orders (orders of more than 10 units) may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of purchase within 30 days.
- The product must be undamaged.
- All accessories must be included.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- For quality-related issues, Lockzo will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be denied.
3. Refund Timeline
- After we receive the returned item, our warehouse will inspect it within 3 business days.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Important Notes:
- If Lockzo provides a prepaid shipping label, we are responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.
- For returns not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for any shipping damage or loss. Lockzo will not issue refunds for items damaged in transit if the return was not due to a quality issue.
4. What Is Not Covered
Returns or refunds are not available for:
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen items
- Items past the warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues beyond 30 days
- Free or promotional items
- Products repaired by third parties
- Damage from external causes (e.g., accidents, water, extreme temperatures)
- Misuse or improper handling of the product
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@lockzo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- For purchases made on Amazon: Use the "Return or Replace Items" feature in your Amazon account.
- For purchases made on Lockzo.com: Contact our customer service team at hello@lockzo.com and provide your order details.
Unless the return is due to a verified quality issue or an error by Lockzo, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Refund & Replacement Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Replacements for approved claims are generally shipped within 2 business days of approval.
